2. Purpose
The provider, as the party responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations laid down in the LSSI-CE (the Spanish information society services act) and to inform all users of the website of its terms of use.
Anyone accessing this website takes on the role of user, undertaking to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out here, as well as with any other legal provision that may apply.
The provider reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give notice of such modifications to users, publication on the website itself being deemed sufficient.
3. Liability
The provider disclaims any liability arising from the information published on its website whenever that information has been manipulated or entered by a third party outside the website.
The website may redirect to content on third-party websites. As the provider cannot always control the content entered by third parties on their own sites, it assumes no liability whatsoever for such content. In any event, the provider states that it will immediately remove any content that might contravene national or international law, public morals or public order, immediately removing the redirection to that website and reporting the content in question to the competent authorities.
The provider is not responsible for information and content stored — by way of example and without limitation — in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website. Nevertheless, and in compliance with articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement bodies, actively cooperating in the removal or, where appropriate, the blocking of any content that might affect or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties, or public morals and public order. Should a user consider that the website contains any content that may fall into this category, please report it immediately to the website administrator.
This website has been reviewed and tested to work correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or of events of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The website — including, by way of example and without limitation, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, together with the designs, logos, texts, photographs and graphics — is the property of the provider or, where applicable, the provider holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors.
Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, the reproduction in whole or in part, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation require in every case the prior written authorisation of the provider. Any use not authorised in advance shall be deemed a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.
Designs, logos, texts and graphics not belonging to the provider that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. In every case, the provider holds their express and prior authorisation.
The provider expressly authorises third parties to redirect directly to specific content on the website, provided that they redirect in every case to the provider’s main website.
5. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data provided through this website is governed by the privacy and cookies policy, which sets out who the controller is, the purposes for which the data are processed, how long they are kept and how to exercise the rights granted by the applicable legislation.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of all disputes or matters relating to this website or to the activities carried out on it, and the parties expressly submit to it. Where applicable, the Juzgados y Tribunales de Granada shall be competent to resolve all conflicts arising from or relating to its use.
