2. What data we process and what for
Contact form
When you write through the form we process your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and the content of your message. There is a single purpose: to answer your enquiry or handle your booking.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures when the enquiry concerns a booking.
Automated-submission control
To prevent abuse of the form, the server temporarily stores an encrypted version of your IP address together with the time of submission. The address is not stored in the clear, it is not cross-referenced with any other data and it is deleted automatically after one hour. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Photographs of the shows
On this website and on our social networks we may publish photographs of the shows and of the room. If you appear in one and would like it removed, write to us at info@flamencoenpalacio.com telling us which one — a screenshot that lets us identify you is enough — and we will delete it.
3. How long we keep the data
- Form enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with them and, afterwards, for the limitation period of any liability arising from the relationship.
- Anti-abuse record: one hour from submission, after which it deletes itself.
- Booking and invoicing data: the periods imposed by tax and commercial law, currently six years.
4. Who the data is shared with
Your data is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. We do not sell it, we do not pass it on for advertising purposes and we do not use it to build profiles.
Tickets are purchased on the external platform mireservaonline.es. When you press “Book now” you leave this website, and from that point on the processing of your data is governed by that platform’s privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct data that is inaccurate.
- Erasure: to ask us to delete it.
- Objection: to object to our processing it.
- Restriction: to ask us to keep it but not use it.
- Portability: to receive it in a reusable format.
- To withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise them, write to info@flamencoenpalacio.com or to the postal address given above, stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity if we cannot identify you from what you send us.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data, in accordance with article 32 GDPR. The website is served entirely encrypted over HTTPS.
7. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits.
The first time you come in you will see a notice where you can accept them all, reject them all or choose one by one. Until you decide, none that is not essential is installed, and closing the notice without choosing does not amount to accepting. You can change your mind whenever you like from the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page.
To remember your decision we store a single item in your browser’s local storage: which categories you accepted and when. It is not sent to any server, it does not identify you and you can delete it from your browser settings.
Essential (always on)
Required for the site to work and to remember what you decide in this panel. They cannot be switched off, because without them there would be no way of honouring your choice.
- flamenco-consentimiento (This website) — Stores which categories you have accepted, so you are not asked again on every page. It is not sent to any server and does not identify you.. Duration: Until you delete it from your browser.
Analytics
They tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they look at, in aggregate. They help us know which content is of interest and which is not. If you reject them, the site works exactly the same.
- _ga (Google Analytics) — Tells one visitor from another by means of a random identifier.. Duration: 2 years.
- _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics) — Keeps the session state: whether a visit is new or ongoing.. Duration: 2 years.
- _gcl_au (Google) — Measures whether a visit arrives from an advert and whether it ends in a booking. It only appears if there are active campaigns.. Duration: 90 days.
